OUR NEW GRAND TOTAL: $9.5 MILLION!

Father Henehan tells the story of how we arrived at the current construction plan at a reception.

Thank you to all of our families who attended a reception! We are glad you were able to take the time to join us. Your active participation and questions were outstanding. If you attended a reception and have yet to return your pledge card, we ask that you prayerfully consider how you can support St. Jude Parish through the Heart of the Parish Campaign. Then please be sure to send in your card as soon as possible.

Heart of the Parish Project: A Tribute To Fidelity

For the past few years, ideas and plans were discussed to reshape and improve our current church. Although we did not foresee the direction this would take us, parish leadership realized it was time to do something about it. That is when the Finance Council and the Building & Grounds Committee began the preliminary research to directly address the issue. Thanks to their efforts and your generosity, we are now laying the groundwork for our new building project. Although there is still much to do, we wish to pause and say

“Thank You” to these dedicated men and women who have served us so well

Pledge Reminders Begin 2022

In mid January our first pledge reminders will be mailed for the Heart of the Parish Capital Campaign. All participating donors will be sent reminders from the Parish Office with important pledge information, including: the Pledge Total, the Amount Paid to Date, and the Balance of the Pledge, etc. Families wanting to pay on a monthly basis will receive monthly statements, those preferring quarterly payments will receive quarterly statements, and so on.

Please be sure to accurately fill out all checks and envelopes so as to avoid any confusion in pledge payments. Remember to write the check out to St. Jude Catholic Church with capital campaign in the memo line. It is most helpful to return your payments in a separate envelope marked capital campaign. If you have any questions concerning your pledge payments, please call the Parish Office at (309) 234-7811.

COMMITTEE MEMBERS RECOGNIZED

Every important challenge we face as a Parish Family provides us with an opportunity to grow stronger as we work together toward our shared goals. Therefore, it is most important to have a leadership team with a heart for our mission and passion for a vibrant faith life in our community. Our deepest gratitude extends to the members of the Campaign Committee who have given of their time and talents to ensure the success of our project.
